About Miss Means

Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year!
Hello, my name is Hannah Means and I am the 5th and 6th grade Learning Support Teacher at Penns Valley Intermediate School.  I graduated from Brookville High School in 2014 and furthered my education at Clarion University.  I received my Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Early Childhood Education in December of 2019.  This will be my first year teaching, and I am very excited to work with your child and Penns Valley Area School District!

I am a proud fur mom to a horse and two dogs! Theo is a 4 year old Quarter Horse and we travel around the United States competing.  Our most recent accomplishment was receiving the 8th place award at the NSBA World Championship Show in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  I also have a 3 year old Chocolate Labrador (Annabelle) and a 1 year old Siberian Husky (Rhett) who are my best friends.  I enjoy being outdoors, hunting, spending time with my family, and competing in archery competitions.
